Thank you for considering a session with me! Here’s some important information regarding the types of readings, my availability, and what I need from you to proceed.

Reading Options:

​

Horary Questions: If you have one or two specific astrology questions, these are answered in writing. These questions should be specific, such as yes/no questions or focused inquiries that require a precise answer.

Palmistry Readings: If you are interested in a palmistry session, please email me recent selfies along with multiple clear images of your palms and nails. The focus will depend on your age: younger clients' readings are more about future potential and personality traits, while older clients' readings often reflect their past experiences and life choices.

Face Diagnosis: For face diagnosis, I analyze facial features to detect early signs of potential health issues, which can help in preventing disease progression. If you choose this service, please send recent selfies. I may recommend lifestyle adjustments, dietary changes, or further medical evaluation based on my findings.

Numerology Readings: For numerology, I need your full birth date (day, month, year) and the name you currently use. Your reading will be ready within a week of our first email exchange.

Astrology Readings: For a comprehensive astrology session, please provide your birth details, including time, date, and place. If there is a specific area you would like to focus on, feel free to let me know in advance.

 

All-Inclusive 2-Hour Reading: 

This comprehensive session covers palmistry, face diagnosis, numerology, and current astrological transits. It is an intensive 2-hour session designed to provide deep insights into various aspects of your life.

Required Information: For this reading, please send recent selfies (for face diagnosis), clear images of both palms and nails (for palmistry), your full birth date (day, month, year), and the name you currently use (for numerology). Additionally, provide your birth time, date, and place (for astrology). Small-sized images are preferred for easier processing.

Specific Readings (Palmistry, Face Diagnosis, Numerology, or Transit Analysis):

If you opt for a specific type of reading (e.g., palmistry or face diagnosis), only provide the relevant information needed for that reading.

Horary Questions: For those with one or two specific questions, I offer horary astrology readings. These are not done live but are written responses to yes/no questions or focused queries requiring precise answers.

Note: I do not schedule live appointments for horary question readings.

Schedule Availability:

​

I am based in South Florida and operate on Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Weekdays from 9 AM to 2 PM ET.

Additional sessions are available from 6 PM to 8 PM ET on Monday,  Friday.

Weekends are generally not available, except for special cases where a session has been pre-arranged well in advance.

Important Guidelines:

​

Invoice Requirement: Please attach the invoice that confirms your purchase if you ordered you reading from Astro Lada" site and the service you ordered. Without this, I cannot process your reading.

Payment and Trade Policy:  I do not allow trades, such as exchanging a tarot reading for an astrology reading. If you wish to switch services, you will need to pay the difference in fees.

Image Quality: Make sure the images you send are clear but small in size. This helps in ensuring that all necessary details are visible without causing file transfer issues.

Live Sessions: For the all-inclusive and specific readings, live sessions are available, but they must be scheduled in advance based on mutual availability. I do not record the sessions for privacy reasons. If you wish to have a recording of the session, you are responsible for recording it yourself.

If you haven’t received a Zoom link from me a day before your scheduled session, please text me on my phone number or provide another way for me to reach you. Sometimes, people’s mailboxes are full and can’t receive the Zoom link, which leads to frustration that could easily be avoided. Please make sure you’re able to receive emails from me, and always check your spam or junk folder. If you don’t respond back within the first week of communication, chances are that week’s availability might no longer be open. Thank you for understanding and making sure we stay connected efficiently!

Recorded Sessions: If a live session is not possible, I can provide a recorded session. You will receive a detailed video or audio recording, but I do not store these files for privacy reasons.

You may change or cancel your session up to 72 hours in advance. If you cancel more than twice, I will no longer accept future bookings from you. Please note that no-shows will result in forfeiting payment unless due to personal tragedy or illness, with proof provided.
